For all that she is purposefully sitting at the bar and prepared for the polite conversation and negotiation that may arise, she is mildly surprised to turn her face sideways and see a friendly but unfamiliar face framed by beautiful hair and crowned by a pair of feline ears. The first event she was here for made her sprout bunny ears and a tail and gave others she knows similar feline ears that she was, to her embarrassment, quite taken with, but no such announcements were made and she has to assume this is all natural. She has met a few people here who are not human -- and knows a few at home -- but they simply aren't as common. Her lavender eyes, accentuated by the linen wrap she wears, are assessing but not unfriendly.

"I would like that. Thank you."

Though modest by resort standards, the neckline of the wrap reveals her suit mark -- a red blossom with a playing card diamond, currently barely darker than her flesh, in its core -- and its short sleeves mean it isn't difficult to spot pale incision scars, too neat to be mistaken for self-inflicted or wounds from the chaos of battle, on the insides of her arms. The braided crown of her pale hair is neat and smooth, her posture proud; if she looks a bit like slumming royalty, well, she is.

A chalkboard behind the bar lists a few specials with descriptive buzzwords and she asks the bartender before them for a Sex on the Beach. As businesslike as she is about it, she doesn't quite manage to say it without a faint hint of pink in her cheeks. Nevertheless she turns back to her new acquaintance with a small smile.

"My name is Edelgard. You look as though you have truly taken to our cruise adventure." She gives a slight nod to the card in his hand. "You are playing bingo as well?"
